At Miaou, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and securely pack your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the original invoice is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
